Mail orders paid by money orders and cashier's checks will ship on day of deposit. Orders paid by personal or company check will ship within 10-15 days of deposit in order to allow clearance of funds.
Every product we sell is guaranteed to work s for it's intended compatible application. eHamilton Enterprises will replace any defective product with an identical product. If you need to replace a product please call eHamilton Enterprises at 888-510-0678 so that we can supply you with an RMA# and instructions for returning the product.
Returns or replacement must be made within 30 days of the original order. We will not replace items that were misused due to incompatibility with the intended application. We can only send replacements once we have received the “defective item”. All returns must have an RMA number. We do not offer refunds for defective items, we only provide replacements for these items. Returns for other than manufacturer's defects are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% plus the cost of shipping.
